Try this set of moves twice a week, don’t overdo it and take it easy especially if your pain worsens and of course consult with a medical professional if you are concerned with the level of pain. Nevertheless, doing these exercises you should start noticing some serious improvement after just a couple weeks.

1. Back Extensions on Stability Ball

Get an exercise ball and lie with your stomach on the ball and your feet against a wall.  Slowly lower your upper body down, then slowly bring it back up with a 3 count. Pause and then repeat 7-10 times. (view exercise)
