You may think that vegetables are boring but think again. These amazingly unique veggies will surely have you reaching for a shovel in your own garden and soon you’ll have green fingers.
Chinese Pink Celery
Do you like how pink looks on you? Because these leafy greens do. Not only do they give a vibrant touch to an otherwise boring garden, but they also have the same texture we’re used to with a subtle sweetness. Even the baby plants have this bright pink coloration, so you’ll be seeing their exciting bubblegum color throughout the whole season.
Dragon Tongue Bush Beans
Beans are so underrated so why not put it in the spotlight? These great beans grow in pods with a lovely chartreuse green color along with some purple patterns that give a new dimension in an otherwise empty garden.
