Lots of us probably have a game or two on our smartphones that we use to help pass the time when we’re bored. Now Google is giving you a couple of other games to play, and you don’t even need to install any extra apps.
You can now play solitaire and tic-tac-toe using Google. Simply type “solitaire” or “tic tac toe” into Google’s search box and you’ll be given the ability to play either game in your browser. Both games will let you select a difficulty level, and if you get stuck, you can quickly restart your game.
Other features of the games include difficulty options, time and scorekeeping in solitaire, and the ability choose whether you’d like to be Xs or Os in tic-tac-toe.
Neither solitaire nor tic-tac-toe are particularly deep or graphics-intensive, but it’s pretty neat that you can play either game in your browser. So the next time that you’ve got a few minutes to kill, you can quickly fire up a Google search and give one of these games a try.
