How to backup the data from a Windows phone which is running on the most recent version – Mango?

I would like to take a data back up of the contacts, messages etc present on my windows phone which is running on Mango, most recent version.
But i don’t want to download any other software for this purpose.

Download Zune software(primary software used for Windows Phone) from Microsoft website and plug your smarthpone to computer via USB and fallow the instruction on screen.
Next time you will plug your Windows Phone to computer it will backup all your data automatically just like iTunes for iPhone
