One of the advantages of modern-day automatization is that it saves time. Less time you spend on your regular chores and duties means more time you can spend on things you actually enjoy. Like traveling. And while people don’t really need a traveling agent to book a flight for them, they do want to interact with other people as they reach their destination. Places like hotels, airports, restaurants, and other leisure hangouts are always met with clientele that needs to speak to other people. Not robots.
