INGREDIENTS

8-10 US
  • 1quart water
  • 2lbs ground beef
  • 1teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1teaspoon cumin
  • 1onion, chopped
  • 1teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 2cloves garlic, mashed
  • 2teaspoons salt
  • 2tablespoons chili powder
  • 1teaspoon black pepper
  • 12teaspoon red pepper
  • 12teaspoon allspice
  • 1(6 ounce) can tomato paste
  • 3bay leaves
  • 1(4 ounce) can mushrooms(drained)
  • 34cup chopped green pepper

DIRECTIONS

  1. Brown meat, drain off fat.
  2. Add remaining ingredients, bring to a boil, then simmer 3 hours.
  3. Approx.
  4. 7- 9 carbs per serving.
