Compulab has today unveiled a new addition to their range of mini PCs, with the launch of the new Compulab Fitlet-RM which takes the form of a rugged mini PC that measures 110 x 82 x 23mm in size and is now available to purchase with prices starting from $311.

The Compulab Fitlet-RM mini PC is equipped with a low-power AMD A10 Micro-6700T quad-core processor supported by Radeon R6 graphics, and can be equipped with up to 4 Gigabit Ethernet connections if so desired.

The barebones model will be available for $311 and will include 802.11ac WiFi, Bluetooth 4.0, 2 x Ethernet ports, 2 x USB 3.0 ports, and 4 x USB 2.0 ports. While a $327 system will also be available offering 802.11b/g/n WiFi, 4 x Ethernet ports, 2 x USB 3.0 ports, and 3 x USB 2.0 ports.

The rugged mini PC consumes between 4.5 watts and 10.5 watts of power when in use and other features include a full-sized mSATA socket, a half/full-sized mini PCIe socket, microSDHC card reader.
