What are the services of internet telephony?
I need to know this for my presentation. What are the services we can get from internet telephony? Which one of those services is good for business and how much will it cost?

The advantage is its much lower in cost than putting in a conventional line using your own existing network. The cons are that when you network goes down so do your phones. Most companies have a dedicated network because of that and its still cheaper. Costs? depends on the size of the network.
