The great thing about Chase Ultimate Rewards points is that they are incredibly flexible – they can be exchanged for travel or gift cards, or if you like, redeemed for cash.
As with any promotion, it’s always a good idea to read the fine print. Although this particular offer is pretty straightforward, here are a few things you need to take note:
- The offer is for new, residential first mortgage loans. It doesn’t apply to a mortgage refinance loan
- The offer is non-transferable
- The offer may be discontinued any time without any notice from Chase
- You will receive your 100,000 bonus points ten weeks after closing the mortgage
