Unmistakably an Audi, the new 2019 A7 Sportback blends the best elements of a coupe, a sedan, and a wagon into a single luxury car.

Ahead of its arrival in the European market early next year, Audi revealed the redesigned A7 Sportback to the world. Taking on more of the design cues found on the new A4 and A8 sedans, the A7 gets a longer hood, stretched wheelbase, short overhangs and lower ground clearance. The result is a gorgeous, sleek design on the outside, but the inside gets loaded with all the tech goodies you could ever want in a luxury sedan.

The 2019 Audi A7 Sportback gets similar self-driving tech currently found inside the larger A8 flagship sedan, including Car-to-X communication, and three separate driver assistance systems to help the car pilot you through traffic jams, out of parking spots and on long stretches of highway.

Aside from GTS lettering on their backsides, these new and more powerful 718 Boxster and 718 Cayman variants are distinguished by subtle differences.

The GTS variant returns to the 718 sports car, after taking a brief one-model year hiatus. After getting a significant refresh in 2017, the 2018 entry-level coupe welcomes the GTS treatment and the results are stunning. With GTS lettering, black accent trim, black matte-finish 20-inch wheels and red brake calipers, the 718 has never looked so good.

Expect the GTS to arrive on American shores in March 2018, but fair warning, this level of gorgeous performance will cost you a pretty penny.

An increase in delinquent payments and decline in profitability are causing auto lenders to scrutinize more bad credit buyers.

The automotive lending business is in a bit of a transition right now. While you may chock up your car loan-finding troubles on bad luck, it’s actually got more to do with more stringent standards of banks than you might think.

Car loan lenders are focusing less on “subprime” loans and more on those with good credit scores. Subprime may sound familiar, as that was the type of mortgages that caused the recession back in 2007. To prevent another recession like that from happening again, it looks like it’s going to get a little harder for you to buy a car if your credit score is less than perfect.

The 2018 Dodge Challenger SRT Demon is a mouthful of a name but with a massive amount of muscle car power. With up to 840 horses—the most of any production V8 ever—the Demon is a purpose-built drag racer.

With new standard automatic emergency braking, G-Vectoring control and more, Mazda’s smallest crossover is not only stylish but a heck of a lot of fun to drive, as Daily News Autos contributing writer Brian Chee explains in his short drive with the 2018 CX-3 crossover.

Though this lifted hatchback is on the tiny side, it’s big on style and standard equipment while effortlessly pasting a goofy grin on your face every time you mash the pedal.
